SHIPPING INFORMATION

CAN YOU SHIP ALCOHOL?
Yes. We require that the buyer and the recipient are 21+ years old. All shipments of alcohol require a signature upon delivery by an adult 21 years of age or older. Champagne Life is not responsible for delivery delays due to signature receipt requirements not being met. Damage to basket contents and spoilage claims will not be honored in the event of a delivery delay resulting from authorized adult signature failure We highly recommend that our customers notify the gift recipients of the shipment and notify them that a signature of a person 21 years of age or older is required for package delivery.
WHAT STATES CAN YOU SHIP TO?
Due to current state laws, some states do not permit the shipping of alcohol into their state. If we receive an order for one of the states that has these restrictions in place, we will contact you immediately to discuss your order.
CAN YOU SHIP ALCOHOL INTERNATIONALLY?

IF I SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION, ARE ALL DUTIES AND FEES INCLUDED?
Customs can enforce duties, taxes and fees and can be added to the shipments by the individual countries. Any such fees, if charged by the country of destination, will be added to the credit card used at the time of purchase once the courier has informed us of the amount being billed.

WHAT IF I NEED MY GIFT DELIVERED ON A SPECIFIC DATE OR TIME?

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY FOR PERISHABLE ITEMS?
Shipping requirements for Chocolate, Fruit and Perishable items are in place during the warmer months of May - October. Orders for perishable items received between Thursday and Sunday will ship Monday to prevent perishables sitting on delivery trucks over the weekend. Champagne Life will not be held responsible for items that melt or becoming damaged during transit. All fruit and chocolate gift items need to be shipped overnight or 2-day air to prevent spoilage due to high temperatures. Orders with the incorrect shipping method chosen at checkout will need to be upgrade to a faster shipping method or risk being cancelled. One of our representatives will contact you to discuss a shipping upgrade. If an upgrade is not accepted, we will not be responsible for the items once shipped from our location. NO claims or refunds will be issued for melting or spoilage during the summer months unless the error is on our end.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders that require shipping will be shipped the following business day. If you need something rushed, please call our sales team at 702-214-1221 to discuss options.
CAN YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Please call us with orders that are intended for more than (1) address for delivery.

LOCAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER LOCALLY?
Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas
DO YOU OFFER HOTEL DELIVERY?
We offer daily delivery to hotels located on the Las Vegas Strip, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas. Hotel delivery is available 7 days a week and deliveries are made at 11am and 6pm daily.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO NELLIS AIRFORCE BASE?
No. Due to strict regulation to who is allowed on base, we do not offer this as a local delivery option. Shipping to Nellis AFB is allowed.

LOCAL DELIVERY FEES
$15.00 Flat Rate for up to (20) units
$40 Per Delivery for up to (50) units
$100 Per Delivery for up to (100+) units
IF MY ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED TO A HOTEL, HOW DO I ENSURE THE RECIPIENT RECEIVED IT?
We are required to deliver the gifts to the guest services desks at the desired hotel. We do not deliver directly to the guest rooms. Each property differs that some have Concierge Desks, some have Guest Services and some require delivery of gifts to the Bell Desk. Champagne Life receives a signature upon delivery at the property and considers the delivery of the order complete. Champagne Life will not be held responsible for gifts that are lost, stolen, damaged or not delivered to the rooms by the hotel staff. If a gift is not delivered in a timely manner, we strongly advise the purchaser to contact the hotel in question.
DO YOU DELIVER TO HOSPITALS?
We recommend that you do not request a hospital delivery. Many times hospitals have a delivery time in the morning for patients. If your gift arrives after the hospitals deliver time, it gets held back until the following day. Many times this can result in the parcel being delivered to a room once the patients have been discharged.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?
Please contact us ASAP with the correct info and we will try our best to correct it before it is sent out for delivery.
CAN I RUSH AN ORDER?
YES. Please call us on 702.318.5030 to rush your order. If there has been no specification made, Champagne Life is not responsible for meeting last minute requests and recipient errors.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We definitely accept custom orders for gifts. If the product contains products that are customized it may take (3) business days. Please note that time frames are on a custom basis. Please inquire ahead of time.
DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Champagne Life creates 100% of our gifts. We do not purchase them from other gift basket wholesalers.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
We require full payment at the time of order. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept gift cards of any kind at this time. For corporate orders we accept corporate checks.
