SHIPPING MULTIPLE PACKAGES & MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Our shipping boxes and materials are made specifically to fit the baskets and products perfectly to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, we do not combine orders in the same box. All orders will be packaged separately, please call us at 702-214-1221 to make shipping arrangements.
DAILY SHIPPING CUT OFF
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Over night orders are shipped on the same day when the order is placed before 12pm PST. All other orders are usually shipped within (1) business day. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us directly to arrange the appropriate shipping times.
SHIPPING PROVIDER & SHIPPING OPTIONS
The following shipping options are available through our provider UPS:
UPS Ground (3-5) business days
UPS 2-Day Air (2) business days
UPS Next Day Air (1) business day

SHIPPING ALCOHOL
We require that the buyer and the recipient are 21+ years old. All shipments of alcohol require a signature upon delivery by an adult 21 years of age or older. Champagne Life is not responsible for delivery delays due to signature receipt requirements not being met. Damage to basket contents and spoilage claims will not be honored in the event of a delivery delay resulting from authorized adult signature failure We highly recommend that our customers notify the gift recipients of the shipment and notify them that a signature of a person 21 years of age or older is required for package delivery.
SHIPPING PERISHABLE ITEMS
Shipping requirements for Chocolate, Fruit and Perishable items are in place during the warmer months of May - October. Orders for perishable items received between Thursday and Sunday will ship Monday to prevent perishables sitting on delivery trucks over the weekend. Champagne Life will not be held responsible for items that melt or becoming damaged during transit. All fruit and chocolate gift items need to be shipped overnight or 2-day air to prevent spoilage due to high temperatures. Orders with the incorrect shipping method chosen at checkout will need to be upgrade to a faster shipping method or risk being cancelled. One of our representatives will contact you to discuss a shipping upgrade. If an upgrade is not accepted, we will not be responsible for the items once shipped from our location. NO claims or refunds will be issued for melting or spoilage unless the error is on our end. Orders may be subject to additional fees for ice packs and insulated boxes.
SHIPPING DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to current state laws, some states do not permit the shipping of alcohol into their state. If we receive an order for one of the states that has these restrictions in place, we will contact you immediately to discuss your order. All orders are subject to a handling fee. We offer international shipping options. Please contact us at 702-214-1221 or Info@champagnelifegifts.com to ensure that there are no import restrictions to your desired destination. Customs can enforce duties, taxes and fees and can be added to the shipments by the individual countries. Any such fees, if charged by the country of destination, will be added to the credit card used at the time of purchase once the courier has informed us of the amount being billed. Orders are subject to international shipping rates.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
All orders will be attempted to be delivered (3) times. In the event that the package is undeliverable it becomes property of the shipping provider or Champagne Life. Depending on the circumstance, the package can be resent with additional shipping and handling charges applied. Policies for the shipment carrier can be found directly on their website.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Champagne Life is not responsible for shipping delays experienced by couriers due to weather situations/storms, unforeseen disasters and unauthorized recipients. Refunds are not available in the event of shipping delays.

Local Delivery

DELIVERING SAFELY
If the Champagne Life employee delivering the order does not feel comfortable with completing the delivery for any reason, or we reserve the right to decline delivery and try again the next business day or until the circumstances are viewed as safe.
LOCAL DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We offer delivery to the Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas. We do not offer delivery to Nellis AFB at this time.

DELIVERY TIMES
Local delivery is offered 7 days a week and go out twice a day at 10am and 5pm. Champagne Life has until 7pm to make a same day delivery unless specified otherwise. We advise our customers to let us know if their order is going to a hotel, business or residence.
LOCAL HOTEL PROPERTIES
We will deliver to all hotels, resorts, timeshares and casinos on or near the Las Vegas Strip. Please reference our “Accepted Delivery Locations” for further inquires.
DELIVERING ALCOHOL LOCALLY
Upon delivery, the recipient is required to sign for the order. By signing for the order, that ensures that they are 21 years or older and the end user is 21 years or older for gifts containing alcohol. Champagne Life reserves the right to ask for identification that expresses the recipients DOB.
HOTEL DELIVERY
We are required to deliver the gifts to the guest services desks at the desired hotel. We do not deliver directly to the guest rooms. Each property differs that some have Concierge Desks, some have Guest Services and some require delivery of gifts to the Bell Desk. Champagne Life receives a signature upon delivery at the property and considers the delivery of the order complete. Champagne Life will not be held responsible for gifts that are lost, stolen, damaged or not delivered to the rooms by the hotel staff. If a gift is not delivered in a timely manner, we strongly advise the purchaser to contact the hotel in question. We highly recommend including the recipients cell phone number so we can contact them directly once the delivery has been made. In the event that the recipient does not arrange to pick up the gift, Champagne Life is not responsible and will not offer a refund.
FLORAL & STRAWBERRY DELIVERY
Our floral and chocolate covered strawberries options are available for local delivery only and we are not able to ship them at this time. For local delivery we highly recommend including the recipients cell phone number so that they receive the product in the freshest condition as possible. Champagne Life is not responsible for damages or spoilage that has occurred after delivery has been made.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
For orders that are to be delivered to a residence, we highly recommend leaving as much detailed info as possible including: address, phone number, gate code, name of community, and unit number. We will attempt to contact the recipient directly prior to making the delivery. If we do not get a response from the recipient, the gift will be left at their front door.
