1. Do you accept custom designs and how long does it take?
We definately accept custom orders for gifts. If the product contains products that are customized it may take a little longer. Time frames are on a custom basis. Please inquire ahead of time.
2. If my order is being delivered to a casino or hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, how do I make sure that the recipient receives the package?
Champagne Life will deliver the gift with the guest services or concierge desk at the hotel/casino. The staff will then accept the package and they contact the recipient directly to arrange a time for them to deliver the gift. If the recipient never accepts the gift, that is no longer Champagne Life's responsibility.
3. Do you ship alcohol?
Yes. We ship domestically and internationally. Some states and countries we do not ship to. Please see delivery info or contact us direcly to make sure it is an accepted destination.
4. Do you make your products or do they come from a wholesaler?
Champagne Life creates 100% of our gifts. We do not purchase them from other gift basket wholesalers.
5. What if I made a mistake on my order?
Please contact us ASAP with the correct info and we will try our best to correct it before it is sent out for delivery.
6. I want to have my products included in your gifts, what is the process?
We are always looking for new and unique items to include in our products. Please send product samples to the address listed in the "About Us" section or send company info to Info@champagnelifegifts.com
7. What if I need my gift delivered on or by a specific date?
Contact us at 702-214-1221 and we will make the proper shipping arrangements.
8. Do you deliver to AirBnB locations?
Yes. We just need the exact location and contact phone number for the recipient.
